According to the Tech Crunch Report, the new company 'Schedule app' will be introduced by the Yahoo company group, which is currently in the trial stages.
Group chat and chat rooms will be provided by friends at stake in 'Squirrel App' or for business purposes, while group features are already available in multiple apps.
However users will be able to access this application only when they receive their invocation from a friend.
