Airtel users, here is how you can get 30GB free data

Continuing with its 'Mera Pehla Smartphone' initiative, leading telecom operator Bharti Airtelhas announced a new plan for users. both prepaid and postpaid  who are aspiring to move to 4G connection.

As per the offer, users who are currently using the 2G/3G mobile handsets will be eligible for 30 GB data free data when they upgrade to a 4G smartphone.


For prepaid users, this data is capped to 1GB per day for a period of 30 days. This is additional to any data over and above any data that they will get as part of any pack they recharge their number with. For postpaid customers, this additional 30GB data comes with a roll-over facility as part of their first bill cycle.

Airtel customers can check the eligibility and claim this free data benefit by calling the toll free number 51111 or by logging on the My Airtel App. The 30 GB FREE data benefit will be provisioned within 24 hours of making the claim. For more information, customers can visit the website.


As part of the Airtel’s ‘Mera Pehla Smartphone’ initiative, Airtel has also partnered with multiple mobile handset manufacturers such as Samsung, Intex, Karbonn, Lava, Celkon, Motorola, Lenovo, Nokia, Itel, Zen, and Lephone. Customers get cash back benefits and special bundled plans with offering data and unlimited calling as part of this plan.
