Identifying the procedure for renowned companies providing social contact platforms, Facebook said that not just Facebook, Google, Amazon and Twitter also save user's data.
Explaining in one of his blogs, the company said it's a routine procedure for technology companies.
One of the top officials of the company says Twitter, Pin Trust and Linked In are available on their internet pages as well as light and shareware buttons, while Google's analytics system also matches the Facebook.
The official said further that the majority of social networking services on the internet used consumer information to better advertise the information.
It is further said that the data of the user is collected through plugins or services.
