Millions of Facebook affected users can claim against company

A court in the US has decided that millions of users whose photographs were scanned without their knowledge, they could claim to be against Facebook. In 2015, the state-Alnai users started this case under an especial law, Facebook can be fine billions of dollars in a special case. In the request of Facebook the case was moved to the city of San Francisco, but the company has said it will defend itself completely.

According to the details, the decision of this case can make far-reaching results on the use of bio metric fuels in the United States of America. Tagging your friends in photos on Facebook has been the most popular feature of this website. And as the technology improved, Facebook made this work even easier by the identity of face recognition. But, to make this work, Facebook has created a huge database of people's faces and now this case is being told that this database was made without clear permission of the database. And it is absolutely possible that you do not even use Facebook and your face is in this database if any of your friends have uploaded your photo.

Although this case goes ahead under the Alnai-state rules of law, a class action means that all those affected people have right to claim against Facebook.
