Facebook announces thousands of jobs, what will new employees work? Details on preview

 Washington: Facebook head Mark Zuckerberg has announced to recruit more than 20,000 people to remove pornography, violent and hate content on social media.
According to Facebook, if a user flagged a controversial post or photo flagged, then the carriers of that person will be check by recruited of Facebook, however still the number is very low because currently available more than one billion users on Facebook. And their number is increasing every day.
Facebook founder said that by the end of this year, we will recruit more than 20,000 people who will review content and security as soon as they apply a flag (Flag icon of Facebook) on a post. It is instantly reviewed if it contains pornography, hatred and other negative material, it is immediately blocked.
So far, Facebook has already recruited 7500 people, who are called Revisers, as well as full-time employees and specialists also provided by other organizations. Some of them recruit local people and also market information as well, but they are also aware of regional issues, political conditions and personalities in their own respect.

Although pornography is easy to recognize quickly, it is difficult to detect and determine the provocative content posted from a certain country and region.
The Facebook said that those people are given more than average compensation, because their work is very carefully and these people see extremely violent videos, watch pictures and read hate messages. For training and assistance of those people, Facebook keeps sending them regularly to psychologists and physicians.
Mark Zuckerberg further added that he is also using human help as well as artificial intelligence which have helped prevent al-Qaeda and Islamic content with 99% accuracy before any complaint. In this way, it will be possible to stop unwanted posts in the next few years.
