Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has revealed some of the details and specifications of its upcoming flagship smartphone -- OnePlus 6. Now, a render image of the yet-to-be launched smartphone has surfaced online. A new image of OnePlus 6 has popped up online revealing the front panel of the handset.
The image shows the iPhone X-like notch display. The screen notch consists of the selfie camera, LED notification light and the earperice. The bezels on the sides and bottom of the smartphone also appears to be quite thin. The image also consists of the DxOMark logo, which means that the smartphone review is already in progress.
As per the image, the power button is placed on the right, while the volume rockers are located on the left side of the device along with the alert slider. The fingerprint sensor is expected to be located at the back as it is a bezel-less display smartphone.
The company has already confirmed that the OnePlus 6 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor paired with 8GB of RAM. The company will also be introducing the 256GB storage variant for the first time. The smartphone is also said to come with iPhone X-like gesture control features as hinted by the company in one of the teaser video.
Other leaks suggest that the OnePlus 6 will run Android 8.0 Oreo operating system and dual rear camera setup with 16MP + 20MP modules. The smartphone is said to house a 3540mAh battery.
Last month, a report surfaced online suggesting that the OnePlus 6 will be 50% costlier as compared to its predecessor OnePlus 5T. A GizmoChina report said that the OnePlus 6 will be priced at $749.
